Terms of Service
Last updated 1 November 2026
These terms govern the supply of AI infrastructure by Sovereign AI Ltd to business customers in the United Kingdom. They apply to desktop appliances, private cloud containers and rack deployments unless a signed master agreement states otherwise.
Quotations and orders
Published figures on this site are guide prices excluding VAT. A deployment becomes binding only when we issue a written order confirmation and you accept it in writing.
Hardware and title
- Desktop appliances and rack hardware are sold outright; title passes on payment in full.
- Private cloud capacity is provided on a rolling 30-day term with annual price review.
- Delivery estimates are given in good faith and depend on silicon availability.
Software and model licences
Open-weights models are supplied under their upstream licences (for example GLM, Qwen, Llama and Mistral community terms). We install and optimise them but do not relicense them. The orchestration layer, deployment tooling and management UI remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for use on the deployed hardware.
Support
Rack deployments include 24/7 UK-based engineering response. Appliances and cloud containers include business-hours support with next-working-day hardware replacement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for model output accuracy — outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human before reliance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: audit@sovereignai.adem.io.
